A: Currently we only ship within the United States (all 50 states).

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. We provide free return shipping and charge no restocking fees.

Q: Do bikes come assembled?  
A: Bikes arrive partially assembled. Simple assembly takes 10-15 minutes with included tools and instructions.

Q: Are training wheels included? 
A: Training wheels are sold separately for compatible models (14", 16", and some 20" bikes).

Q: What size bike does my child need?

Q: Are replacement parts available?
